Elmwood Business Association can now accept both Master Card and VISA for credit card purchases. These charges can either be done over the phone at the time your company makes reservations for our monthly functions or they can be done in person on the day of the event. The service EBA is using is through Capital One Merchant Services. This benefit has been requested by several of our current members and the Association is pleased to offer this additional service. Adopt-A-School
Program

Elmwood Business Association is once again requesting support for Harahan Elementary School in the form
of monetary donations to fulfill the school’s current “wish list”. This is the fifth year that our group has
volunteered to help this school. In the past four years, we have collected enough donations to enable the school
to purchase needed items that are not included in the school budget. These items have included AlphaSmart
systems, science & math workbooks, books on tape, copy paper and even a computer for the school library.

Please be generous! The Elmwood Business Association is currently accepting donations to assist the school
with additional purchases for the 2007-2008 school year. This is the perfect opportunity for your business to
support our local students and future business leaders. We are trying to collect approximately $2,000. If your
business would like to make a donation to this project, please call Gayle Martin at the EBA office 504-738-5838.

No donation is too big
or too small!

Advertising Opportunities

If your business is interested in advertising, the Elmwood Business Association would like to offer you two great opportunities to reach over 1,000 businesses in the Elmwood Business Park with your ad, coupon, special discount, etc.

If you would like more information on how to take advantage of these opportunities, please give Gayle a call at 504-738-5838

Opportunity # 1 For only $100 per month, we will print your 2" x 2" ad on the front of our monthly meeting notices which are mailed to over 1,000 business people in the Elmwood Business Park. You may choose just one month or multiple months, if you prefer.
Opportunity # 2 The EBA publishes a quarterly newsletter (March, June, September, December) to let all businesses within the Elmwood Business Park know about the upcoming and recently sponsored functions, as well as to inform the area of governmental issues. We offer three different ad sizes ranging from 1/4th page to a full page. Prices for these ads begin at $125 per issue. A limited amount of advertising is available in the newsletter with discounts and placement preference for our members.
